Is the foot massager cordless?
The foot massager needs to be plugged into a wall outlet in order to function. It is not portable. It is not battery operated.
What size feet does it fit?
The foot massager fits foot sizes up to size US 12 Mens. You can select your foot size on the foot massager for a better experience. The sizes range from 5-12 US Mens and 6-14 US Womens.
How often should I use the foot massager?
We recommend using the massager 2-6 times a day. There is no limit to how many times you can use it, however if you do find that it is overheating then we recommend unplugging the massager for 0.5-1 hour.
How can I wash it?
The removable and washable foot covers make this electric foot massager hygienic and convenient to use while they serve as a cushion to prevent the feet from having direct contact with the kneading massage nodes for a more comfortable and safe experience.
The zip fasteners holds the foot covers in place.

I have heel spurs so my feet hurt after I'm on them for long periods of time. I have been loving this foot massager. I have used all the 5 settings and usually use kneading settings 3-5. The heat is warm, it isn't overpowering at all. It also has an auto shut off.

Like the way your foot is inside the machine. Results better when you are way in - I'm size 13 and it works fine. Don't feel heat so much but the massage works well. Level five hurts at first but am now used to it. Really does relax feet after a long day.

The remote did not work. The cord comes out of the front of the unit, making it very easy to be damaged. I wish the massagers were placed differently. Hard to hit the toe area. I wish there was more of a deeper, kneading, pressure. One of the settings is actually slightly painful. It feels like rock hard marbles are being pounded into your foot. Definitely start off at a lower setting., Theres one setting that feels like having your blood pressure taken. It just kind of squeezes, but doesnt really feel that good.. Its worth a try, but will take getting used to.

I have previously used a shiatsu foot massager at my sister's and loved it so much I needed to purchase one for my family. Shiatsu is supposed to be deep pressure, sometimes even painful, and that is what I prefer. I read the reviews, mostly all positive, and most of the negative ones were saying the pressure was too deep. Perfect, I thought! I was terribly wrong. The machine did not come with a description on what each of the modes do, so I tried them all out to see which was the deepest pressure. When it is fully inflated, it is almost a comfortable pressure. I hoped one of the modes kept it inflated. Unfortunately they did not. It only stays inflated for about 10 seconds before it deflates and then you cant barely feel anything until it inflates again 20 seconds later. The pressure is so light, it isnt even comparable to a "fluff" massage. Also, I used it for the full amount of time just to see if it got any better (it didn't) and it never heated up. For this price point, this is a piece of junk. Either I received a defective product, or the others who purchased this prefer a much lighter touch.

Great item, really like this foot massager, it does exactly as advertised, only wish modes 2 and 3 were a bit more stronger, that's where this foot massager fails, but if you only keep it on Mode 1 you should be good to go.

The heat setting wasn't as warm as I had hoped it would be and I could only tolerate the lowest setting of the deep kneading massager. All the other settings were too painful for my feet so I was generally disappointed with the product.

I bought this because I recently was in a car accident. I needed spa treatment but no time or money to go to one. I lucky got this just in time as the temperature fell to 10 degrees. Great quality for a good pirce. Purchased this for my roomate as a gift. One of the issues she usually has is finding foot massager that she can use to relieve pain and aches in her feet. She wears a size 10.5-11 in womens and that has caused a challenge for her to find one that will massage the entire length of her feet. Could help poor circulation from health issues. I have heart failure and COPD resulting is poor circulation to my feet and sometimes sever pain. The foot doctor said he could do nothing because I needed extensive surgery and because of my heart i could not be put to sleep. I did not want to lose my feet so I asked if a foot massager would help circulation. He said it might. I bought this foot massager with my stimulus money. After 3 weeks, of twice A DAY , 15 minutes sessions the color of my feet is almost normal again. I used the lowest pressure setting , higher settings are painful for now. I do not expect a miracle, but I am hopeful my feet will live as long as I do.

I purchased this item for my wife for Christmas because she is a teacher and she has to stand all day. Since I gave her the Miko Shiatsu Home Foot Massager, she is not able to sit without putting her feet into it. The gentle heat, adjustable pressure points and timer are perfect. The intense levels are perfect. Can go from low intensity to extreme all in between as well. All up to her. Does way better than my tired hands could do. In some ways i like this better than my previous Shiatsu massage. It is light weight so setting on the low shelf on my computer desk and bring it down is easy. It does not hurt my lowest pinky toe knuckle like my old one did. One of the big reasons I got a new one is my feet get cold easily and this has heat. Here is the rub (pun kind of intended), it is infrared so to feel it you must be barefoot. It is not quite warm enough and what really annoys me is the heel is totally exposed. Ac in summer and and cold floors in winter make this very uncomfortable. I really don't like paying good money for a simple device and then having to wrap and blanket around my feet to use it. Please can some one with real feet design and test these thing before production and marketing. I am sure I am not the only one with cold feet using this. I was about as well off using ny previous one with socks. In fairness the massage itself is pretty good. and if it kept my heels warm the fact one mode is almost nothing but heat means you could use it to warm your feet. I will keep for the positives but never be completely happy with it because of the negatives. You can decide what is important to you though.

Not Thrilled with this, I thought when it said massage it would be vibrating but it doesn't. Second the remote doesn't work well and because of that the compression got extremely tight and was very painful for my feet to be squeezed so tight. I was in so much pain it literally scared me and I started panicking because it kept getting tighter and tighter and I was trying to push the power button on the remote and it wouldn't work so I was able to push the power on the actual machine and that worked but I was expecting the remote to work and would think it had a censor inside to stop it from getting that tight. Crazy - going to return it, I would not recommend this personally but glad it's helping so many others. My personal opinion would be it's definitely not worth that much money especially for one that dose not vibrate.

I was especially happy with the kneading and heating functions, and the ability to increase the amount of pressure on my feet. Foot massagers usually don't fit my feet very well because they're on the smaller side, but the high pressure setting gave me a very thorough massage. Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.
