My 12 yr old son, has very flat feet and likes playing soccer as well as walking barefoot in the house, both of which are very painful with flat feet. He makes sure to wear these inserts all the time with his shoes (they are great for when you are not wearing shoes)and he said the pain in his feet is far less. We are very happy with the product.

I bought this product because I developed pain in my foot a couple years after I broke my ankle.
I love to go hiking and tried these inserts in my hiking boots. I already felt comfortable with it when I just tried them on. After my two hours hike I still felt incredibly comfortable with it. They supported where I needed it, they didn’t leave any blisters or pressure marks. I do recommend them to anyone! Just try them on and feel the difference. I do not wear them daily because I believe that it is important to give your muscles different tasks to stay lean. But if you got inflammation or pain when you walk or run, then try them out and hopefully it will help you too.

These are perfect for what I needed. I have very flat feet and although I wear orthotics in my shoes I needed something to support my feet when not wearing shoes. These are perfect in bare feet and socks. I even sometimes wear them in my shoes over the orthotics. They are so comfortable!

I got these because I damaged my plantar's fasciitis and needed arch support. The podiatrist was going to charge me $100 for some insole arch supports. For a whole lot less, these are lightweight, comfortable - and they arrived quickly. I was able to wash these when they got stinky with no loss of support/function. I recommend this product!

If your feet are extremely narrow with very high arches, these will not work. The straps don't fit around my narrow feet leaving a flappy strap just floppin around everywhere. Cant work out with that.

I've used these to support my feet while sleeping, as I've been told you can re-injure them during the night even if you wear inserts during the day by curling them. So far they seem to be helping and they're comfortable and easy to adjust. It's great that you can also use them for shoes.

They definitely take the edge off when walking long distance. And they’re not bulky so it gets into shoes easily. That’s a big one for me. I don’t love that they tend to slide forward a bit. But other than that they’re great. My one wish is that they made one with even higher arches. I have severe fallen arches and need a little extra support

Honestly.... these are a quality of life improvement that I cannot speak highly enough of. The right one I can forget is even on but the left is rubbing at my arch by the end of the day. I gave them a 4 because they really do provide nice support that has helped tremendously with my pain but the rub took away the last star. For the price these are wonderful and for someone with a slimmer foot you might not get a rubbing.

It was perfect for what I needed. I added it when my boots didn't have any arch support it does require you to wear. Socks or boots are best to use with them. Barefoot doesn't really work as it slides down my foot.

First things first. I use a custom orthotic on a daily basis and am finding that as time progesses, my orthotic has helped me so much so that I now endure foot pain when barefoot..... So, I had to find a solution that didn't require my wearing shoes at home with my custom orthotic in place. Like most, walking barefoot when home is preferred. These are very easy to put on and give the needed arch support without feeling constricting. I have been able to wear them at home and the heel and lateral pain has subsided. They are not overly thick so wearing socks over them is easy.... cold tile this time of year, your feet will appreciate the warmth. Keep in mind, I have only used these for a few days so my hope is that the pain stays gone.... I will update the review should that differ. These are a good value for the 2 you get. My only reason for not rating a 5 is that one had a defect, the seam was incompletely attached.

A little background. I have been having issues with my arches for 6 months. Sometimes almost unbearable to walk. I got orthotics, (diagnosed with plantar fasciatis which it isn’t), went to a chiropractor and massage therapist. All of which helped some but did not get me to walk without pain. I did find some exercises that helped, as well as taping my foot when I walked. The tape would rip some skin when removed so I decided to purchase these arch supports. When I first got them and wore them they were uncomfortable but that was until I realized I had them placed incorrectly on my feet. Once I figured out the position there is no turning back. I have worn them for almost a week when I walk and what a difference!! I have no pain. I have not had to do my exercises either. I highly recommend for anyone with arch issues. I wish I had purchased these months ago.

Support sleeves do help me with pain and the longer you wear it the better your feet will feel. Now to downside - I have narrow feet and have hard time keeping them on. I found the best way is to have socks on. Another gripe is lack of instructions. As soon as I opened a bag I had to decide green side in or out. On seller pictures green side is worn inside but sleeves come with green side out. After inspecting I decided that green looks softer and be better against the skin. Another dilemma - tail end towards toes or heel? I tried towards heel as someone suggested in Q&A. Sleeves started to come off with slightest movement. Then I tried the tail towards toes and sleeves felt better and more snug. Ball was also more noticeable when walking. I eventually found one seller’s picture where you can see clearly that tail goes towards toes. And finally they are washable but how - hand or machine wash?
It all could have been avoided by a small piece of paper with several words: wear green side inside with tail end towards toes. Hand wash only. Done.

These are amazing, I am diabetic with high arches and they always cramp from lack of support and my feet swell up etc. these are great I wear them in my shoes and get full support and comfort....I even wear them around my house with bare feet or socks or slippers and my feet are no longer in pain at night ....my grandma had fallen arches from all her bare foot walking with high arches and I wear these now and it prevents the swelling the arch cramps and gives great support and comfort

I can’t describe the difference these have made! I have flat feet and I run, within minutes of getting my shoes off or standing after sitting for a bit I can hardly stand my feet hurt so much, they constantly feel bruised until I’ve moved around a bit. I got these maybe a week ago and have been wearing them around the house and the pain is gone. I haven’t tried them with my running shoes, but wore them in a boot without a feel the other day and no pain at all.
They’re super well made, like I’m wearing them 12ish hours a day (WFH) and they look new still (granted it’s only a week), but a steal that you get three pairs. Totally worth it!

These worked for me I have a narrow foot but the elastic as snug but has enough give. The padding was firm and too high the first day but compressed enough to comfort fit after wearing for extended time. I can wear sandles now and still retain arch support. Quality will stand up and happy with purchase for my intended purpose. :)

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and unless I'm wearing my supportive shoes, I always have heel pain. I bought these to wear when I'm relaxing at night in my slippers. Unfortunately, the elastic isn't tight enough to feel any compression or provide support. I will keep trying to wear them. Was hoping the pad would have been more supportive.

For months, I had plantar fasciitis so bad in one of my feet that I couldn’t stand or walk without excruciating pain. When I first got these, I didn’t think much of them because they seemed pretty thin, but I wore them all day anyway. After about a week, these was a noticeable difference. After about a month, I had no pain at all in my foot. I’m now walking around pain free because of these.

After reading reviews about how this would be great if only it had more arch support i DIY-ed it.
I went through few gel like arch supports to add to my sandals and personally liked the pic brand (bemocy arch support). I chose the clear gel option and hot glue gunned the arches to the inside of the wonderwins. LOVE IT! Get the comfort of the wonderwin strap with the arch from the added gel.

Fit is good. I have overpronation on both feet. I get callouse and blisters on my arches. These pads take away the sting when walking or standing. I am taking a pair to work for emergency wear.

These work out OK wearing under socks with shoes for a little while. But on my foot, after a while they hit in the wrong spot. I’ve tried adjusting them, and when I adjust them they seem to work fine but then walking more and more they slip a little bit and again hit me in the wrong spot. OK for short little walks but for doing a nice brisk exercise walk, they slide a little bit too much. But I still wear them often if I’m not going to do a lot of walking

Tried on a pair over my socks today for a few hours. It feels weird at first having something under the arch of your feet, but after awhile you get mostly used to it. I can feel it giving me a medium amount of soft support added to my flat feet. I've tried other ones and they were a bit too much to start off with for me at this time. I think I will transition to those after wearing these for a few weeks. Overall I think this is a good buy.

I've tried different types of socks to no avail. I've tried heal cushions to no avail. I put these on and immediately felt the soft, yet firm, hold around my foot. And it felt good. Not good, great!
Crazy. These simple, goofy looking pieces of material won't cure anything, but does give me the support I need in the right spot - anywhere on my arch. I've moved it towards the front of my foot as well as towards the heel. The elastic stretches and holds the pad in place. The pad looks thin but when on, it has just the right amount of thickness and size of the pad is perfect for me.
I've worn these on/off for a couple of days now and they feel great on my arches. These haven't relieved the pain that I have in my heels. Note, I have not worn these to work so I can't comment on all day usage.
There are 2 in the pack. When these wear out, I will purchase these again because they feel so good! The price makes it even more attractive.

I'm a bigger guy (6'2" 260~lbs) and I get bad ankle pain. My left foot is really flat but my right foot isn't. I bought these on recommendation from a friend and while they do help if not in the way I thought. It feels like while I'm wearing one my ankle pain is about the same, maybe a bit worse but the next day my ankle will feel better than normal. It certainly helps i just didn't think it would work like that. My biggest complaint which isn't necessarily the fault of the product is after 2 weeks of use the gel inside will be totally flat. Maybe lighter weight people won't have such a problem.
