I really enjoy the way the foot massager feels. After a long day's work I put my feet in the massager, sit back & relax. Sometimes my feet feel particularly sensitive but I still finish my massage. The most I've done is 20 minutes. I've only done intensity to level# 2 once. Because it really works into my feet & joints. It's pain & pleasure at the same time. I save intensity level 2 for especially hard days on my feet. All in all worth the purchase.

Omg!!! It feels like someone is rubbing my feet. I've been dealing with plantar fascititis on and off and recently had a bad flare up. This machine feels like physical therapy. I would definitely recommend this massager. It is well worth the money.

The foot massager is fine. Both my wife and I use it. It helps with any foot pain we may be experiencing. The only reason I gave it a four is because I would have liked more heat. If any heat is coming out at all it's pretty low.

Right off the bat this was a hit at our house. The heating aspect, which is adjustable, is great. Also adjustable is the pressure. The higher pressures are bone crushing, so we stay on the low end. It does a good job of loosening up the foot, and hits most spots well. The bottom of the heel doesn't get as much force as we'd like. If we push our toes against the inside, the roller just about reaches the back bottom of the heel. The ball of the foot action could be better too. In spite of those two complaints, we're actually very satisfied with how it makes our feet feel.

Would have given 5 stars for the Overall rating, just wasn't so easy to use because I wasn't sure which setting did what. Their customer service is excellent. They responded within an hour to me emailing them regarding the different modes. They later followed up to make sure the issue was resolved.

I highly recommend this machine. It has the perfect balance of rollers and compression. I have always enjoyed a deep tissue massage and this machine delivers that; as well as a lighter but still very effective one. I figured out quickly that I only need to go to level 3 for the most benefits and comfort. I keep a pair of comfy soft socks that I only wear when I use it, so I can keep it clean longer. Just a personal preference. I have also found that when I use it right before going to sleep, I fall asleep faster.
