Is the foot massager cordless?
The PharmaFoot Foot Massager Pro needs to be plugged into a wall outlet in order to function. It is not portable.
What size feet does it fit?
The PharmaFoot Foot Massager Pro fits foot sizes 5-12 US Mens and 6-14 US Womens.
How often should I use the massager?
We recommend using the massager 2-5 times a day. There is no limit to how many times you can use it, however if you do find that it is overheating then we recommend unplugging the massager for 0.5-1 hour.
How can I wash it?
The removable and washable foot covers make this electric foot massager hygienic and convenient to use while they serve as a cushion to prevent the feet from having direct contact with the kneading massage nodes for a more comfortable and safe experience.

The foot massager is fine. Both my wife and I use it. It helps with any foot pain we may be experiencing. The only reason I gave it a four is because I would have liked more heat. If any heat is coming out at all it's pretty low.

Right off the bat this was a hit at our house. The heating aspect, which is adjustable, is great. Also adjustable is the pressure. The higher pressures are bone crushing, so we stay on the low end. It does a good job of loosening up the foot, and hits most spots well. The bottom of the heel doesn't get as much force as we'd like. If we push our toes against the inside, the roller just about reaches the back bottom of the heel. The ball of the foot action could be better too. In spite of those two complaints, we're actually very satisfied with how it makes our feet feel.

I highly recommend this machine. It has the perfect balance of rollers and compression. I have always enjoyed a deep tissue massage and this machine delivers that; as well as a lighter but still very effective one. I figured out quickly that I only need to go to level 3 for the most benefits and comfort. I keep a pair of comfy soft socks that I only wear when I use it, so I can keep it clean longer. Just a personal preference. I have also found that when I use it right before going to sleep, I fall asleep faster.

It is a very good machine but it squeezes too tight, I would have rather preferred a machine that vibrates rather then squeezes, because of the strong squeezing actions it caused me a serious painful condition to my left big toe bone and I haven't been able to walk for the last two weeks now, I have been walking on my heel and this is causing me a very sore back ache, but it is getting better slowly, and eventually I will be able to walk again, now I am too scared to use it again, I would have also preferred a very gentle squeeze and a good vibrating action for a massager. You should have a setting for gentle, vibrating and squeezing, no one wants a machine that squeezes to bruise your bones or hurt you a massage should be gentle and pleasing or a pleasure action.

I got this because my feet have been unbearably sore due to planters fasciitis and I love it! I also have fibromyalgia so sometimes touch can cause pain. This machine is great. It’s not too intense but it also isn’t too delicate. I love the heating feature, it’s enough to warm your feet without sweating and the air pressure is a nice feature too (which can make the message feel more intense). I use it before bed for 30 mins and it has greatly reduced the pain in my feet in the morning. The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of five is because I wish there was movement/massage in the heel. The kneading and rolling is mainly focused on the arch. I have smaller feet so I can move them around to get some massage on my parts of my heel, but it would be tough for people with larger feet.

Works well to provide a good foot massage. Multiple speeds and settings. I gave it a four star only because the rollers don't reach the heel area; the rollers stop just past the foot arch. I have a size 7 foot. To reach the entire heel area you have to only put one foot in because you have to turn the machine on it's side in order to push your foot to the end and although the foot massage feels good, the position is not very comfortable.
A men's size 10 is really the maximum size that the massager comfortably accommodates.

It's comfortable and easy to use, just plug and play. The vibrations and compression feel nice with some heat, some find the heat too low but it's perfect for me for comfort. If someone wants it for heat therapy however maybe they'd want to look at another product. Also after 2 months a vibrator in each side is starting to make noises so Im contacting customer support. Otherwise it's been great.
Edit. After contacting support they were great and shipped a new one to me in a few days! Great customer support and definitely a good experience. Changing my rating to a 4

It's not nearly as painful as people say when you put your feet in properly and wear appropriate socks. Issue is that it doesn't go as firm or long as I'd like.
I really like the pure air mode as it goes firm and feels sort of like my foot is being stretched out, the just massage mode is fairly lame though.
Only have had it for about 4 days and have turned it on about 12x so I do like it, it's just not enough for Plantar Fasciitis.

Product is a great idea, very good rollers and compression but because everybody’s feet is so different, for me it really hurt my feet because I haven’t high arch and also my husband who doesn’t have a high arch has bigger feet and was uncomfortable on his toes we normally get reflexology with a live person but during Covid we thought we would buy this machine to supplement and it is not for us. the warming of the machine and feet was not that much I don’t think it was even considered low level heating and my toes were still cold while inside the unit. It has great reviews and it is a great product just not for me and my husband. good luck to everybody and stay safe.

Just received this product a few days now and I've been using it to see if I would get use to it. This massager has 3 other modes and Personally it only works well for me on full mode( air compression, heat and massage on high intensity) for those who enjoy intense deep tissue massage.
If you just wanted massage for relief, this is not it. You don't feel a thing, and it is focused just at the middle of your feet. If you're looking for it to work on your heel area- Not it.
I really wanted this to work considering I threw the box out by accident and probable cannot return it.

It's great, I've had it for a few months and I use it daily. It doesn't heat up that much but maybe it's a good thing because I use it under my office desk all day and if it got hotter it would burn or I'd have to shut it off since it doesn't have heating levels. I bought this to relieve the pain caused by plantar fasciitis and, aside from the recovery slides I wear all day, this is my most valued tool for healing now. When it first arrived, I immediately sat with my feet in it for 30 minutes on level one (air and massage) and loved it but when I went back on day 2, OUCH OUCH OUCH, I realized I had gone overboard and that was TOO MUCH to start.
It took about two weeks for my feet to recover enough for me to use it again on anything but level three (just air). EASE IN! Now I'm able to use it daily on level one because my feet are accustomed to it and it's a daily JOY to use (I'm sitting with my feet in it now). I'm four months into my PF journey and hopefully daily use of this will help heal my foot. It really does feel as good as a massage therapist.
Definitely recommend easing in. Start on level three (air) or level one/two (air and massage or just massage) for 15 minutes then see how your feet feel when you go back to it the next time.

I bought this massager for my wife's birthday, and it is amazing. I'm literally using right now as I write this review, lol! Feels amazing, especially the air bags that squeeze your feet, the relieve so much tension. I do a lot of walking in steel toed steel plate work boots, I easily average 20,000 steps a day, so at the end of the day my feet are barking at me. Having a massager to relieve the stress from my feet is amazing. Now if only I would give my wife a chance to use it!
