Sometimes it hurts a bit on my extremely boney feet, but that is fleeting as the machine moves and massages. The result is very noticeable to me. My feet feel relaxed and stretched out. Has helped me a lot!

RECEIVED A MACHINE THAT DIDN'T TURN ON. WHEN I REACHED OUT I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WOULD DO AS IT WAS DAYS OUT OF THE RETURN DEADLINE. POOR DECISION OR NOT, I STILL RECEIVED A MACHINE THAT DOESN'T TURN ON

My feet are really sore in the morning, I'm 50 walk like 70 first thing in morning. Know Massager will help me tremendously when use for at least 10mins first thing, if been on feet all day 10 mins in evening. Only down fault is machine massages toe area intense needs to be more intense on the arch and heels of feet.

Sometimes can overwhelm the muscles in the feet. Overall a great product. Not Elite.

I gave this as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day and she loves it! She uses this every morning while she drinks her coffee. The removable foot sleeves make this very easy to clean. I tried it once and my feet were in heaven. I'm going to have to put this on my wishlist!

I don't know what inspired me to purchase this, but I decided to put it under my computer desk and it's the best device to have while I'm just working away or playing video games hahaha. Love the settings including the heat. I remember reading it took the heat a bit to heat up, but I haven't experienced that. I got one for my mom as well, and she loves it!

I just received this today and I don’t normally write reviews on things but i’m currently writing this as I use the product for the first time. I decided I should immediately write a review for this because i’m not sure if or how it’s possible, but I think my feet just orgasmed for the first time. Just home from a long day on my feet at work and sweet mother I think i’m in love! I’ve tried a lot of things for my plantar fasciitis and most things don’t work. I will update this review later after using it for a while. But honestly at this point I don’t even care if it cures the foot pain indefinitely, because it feels so damn good while I use it lol.

I just received this! Pulled it out of the box a quick browse over everything and plugged it in and away I went. Absolutely amazing to say the least. It’s not as loud as I thought it was going to be it’s pretty quite especially if your watching tv you don’t realize it doing it’s business but you sure can feel the wonderful massage. It’s easy to use and feels wonderful on my feet. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It came in early.

This product is obviously of high quality - I was surprised at even the thickness of the power cable. It's easy to use, has various settings that are easily customizable Unfortunately I have high arches - i.e. flat foot - and this machines does hit my entire foot, missing out the part that actually hurt the most.

I received this unit to test and I must say I was supersized how well it worked. I have been using it for 4 days now and my feet feel so relived. It has 3 massage settings. You have to play with it to find the setting that works best for you. I liked it on high speed, shiatsu mode. If you buy this unit you will not be disappointed.

It does the job quite well. I've been using it daily since I received it and it definitely helps with my feet (I'm size 11.) The only problem I have with this machine, and it's not a fault of the design, is that I have high arches and it can't seem to get the kneading mechanism high enough to reach the arch to make any real deep massage effective. The rest of the foot it does great on. If you have high arches and you're hoping this will help loosen them up, I would say you're out of luck; in every other aspect I find this machine works great and I am happy I purchased it.

I bought this for my husband who was having tons of foot pain every day after work. After using this for a few days his foot pain was extremely minimal. He tried a different massager and we returned it but he loves this one. My husbands feet are size 11. He loves the air pressure and intensity levels.

Foot massaging devices are NO MATCH for a well-trained reflexologist or seasoned masseur. No matter how advanced AI technologies will become in the future, I doubt this will change. However, a foot massage session by a certified massage therapist would cost $50 for 30 min nowadays, and obvious "inconveniences" are associated with making appointments and travelling to/from the clinic, not to mention it's not easy to get an appointment with a skilled (and therefore popular) masseur of your choice. These are the reasons why we decided to give a machine a chance. The PharmaFoot Shiatsu Foot Massager is a bit bulky but not heavy. User-friendly, relatively quiet and fairly effective. Probably the best foot massager I've used in this price range. The heat therapy feature coupled with the kneading action seem to generate good blood circulation. I believe the quality of my sleep has improved because of it. The removable and washable cover is a nice touch especially in a multi-user environment. The best part is that we can enjoy the benefits of foot massages in comfort of our own house whenever it's convenient for us! As long as you don't expect this device to be as good as a human masseur, this is definitely for you, just make sure you won't overdo it and use it regularly to maximize the benefits you receive from using this device.

Love this massager!! I bought this because I am on my feet all day at work walking on concrete so by the end of the day my feet are throbbing. This has rollers to go under feet it also has compression to give your feet a squeeze. Three different massage modes It has a timer. Has a heat option. In the summer I prefer not to have the heat on

I walk every day for exercise and there are days when I push the limit, go a bit further. On those days, my tootsies can get a bit sore afterwards and using the PharmaFoot foot massager is incredibly nice. The settings are easy to figure out and it gives a solid foot rub which certainly feels good (especially if using the warming feature). It's not a nice as a foot-rub with lotion provided by a loved one, but hey that's a rare treat if you're lucky. This is a decent backup plan - and it won't complain when you ask!

This little machine is amazing! You have to give it a bit to warm up but other then that , it works so good! My feet are always sore from my work boots and I can't wait to be able to use this after work , I'm so glad I came across this!

Tough for me to review this. My wife, who usually loves a good foot rub/massage, doesn't particularly like it. I don't usually like anyone touching my feet, but I really like the massage it gives me. Not sure how to explain that except to say that maybe it's because the balls massaging your feet are pretty firm and not necessarily "comfortable". So, it's a bit more like a painful sports massage than it is a relaxing foot massage. I find it good for tight knots, however, and I could easily go for a more aggressive massage. The heat worked, but I didn't really notice it much. The controls are clear and straightforward and it's easy to insert one's feet.

Prior to purchasing this, i did a lot of research about what i wanted. particularly that i wanted something electronic - that felt similar to human hands. I am on my feet a lot, so tend to get a lot of foot pain. i like the varying levels of knead and air intensity. it is pretty loud - i use it when i am sitting at my desk, but that isn't so much of an issue for me. i had seen other reviews which describe this as being similar to human hands. i don't find that, which was a bit disappointing, but my feet sure do feel better after using it!

It does a really good job of massaging under the foot and is very easy to use. I can adjust 3 different massage modes, foot size and the speed. This machine does not do calves which prevents it from a 5. I'm adding another star for great customer support.

This thing works magic on sore feet. My wife's feet are size 6.5 and mine are US mens 12 (I believe you could fit a US 12.5 or 13). The air pressure and kneading are great. We use it about every second night, has helped greatly with foot pain and in my instance also helped with pain in an injured knee somehow. Two improvements would be to have slightly wider kneading surfaces and perhaps a digital time display.

The reviews speak for itself. I started off looking for a $50 water bath and ended up jumping to this. It literally feels like a hand massage. Feet stay dry and do not sweat one bit, which I like a lot. 3. It's great for gifting to friends and family. 4. The wire to connect to an outlet is rather small and is my only complaint.

I bought this for my husband who is on his feet lots for work, it says up to men's size 12 but he is a size 13 and his feet fit perfect in this foot massager. Great value for money and really does the job after a long day on your feet. I like that it has a remote as well. The only thing it could have is a bit more pressure but besides that it's great!

When you have a painful feet that you’re so shame to ask every day your family to do you a massage! This machine is a saver. I have been using it for about a week know half in hours in the morning and half in hours in the night. I feel much better. I feel less pain. With constant pain in my feet this was a must have and I decided on buying this one. I am very happy with it and spend my mornings with my feet in it for well over an hour and after supper again for over an hour. So it is well used every single day. The only complaints I have is that it is very loud and it drives my husband crazy to a point he will only allow it for so long when we are watching tv. I would also like if you could put your favourite setting in instead of always changing it every time (I get lazy changing the intensity and kneading with the remote). Overall the machine has already paid for itself and owes me nothing.

love this - bought it for my husband but I use it just as much as he does. We use it probably 3 times a week and it has been working perfectly since we got it. He likes the highest settings which squeezes quite firmly. I tend to stay around the medium level. Glad it has the different options!

It works very well. When you want to use it at the first time it takes minimum 15 minutes to warm up but after it warms up more quicker. It’s huge so make sure that you have an enough space to keep it. Don’t use it with shiatsu high speed more than 30 minutes. It could hurt your heels and you could have some sore for two days. I recommend it!

two things that I would want to see fixed: 1. The noise of the air pumps is very loud. The massager motors are very quiet, but the pumps to inflate the air pockets are loud. They sound like...well, an air compressor. It's not something you'll be using if someone is trying to sleep. 2. The spacing of the feet. I would have liked the foot wells to be further apart. I'm overweight and because of the size of my thighs when my feet are in the wells my legs angle outward up to my knees. This causes the outer edges of my ankles and calves are pressed against the outer edges of the wells - which hurts after a while. The only way this wouldn't happen is if I actively clench my legs together (not a relaxing position). Overall, I'd recommend it for what it is, but I would be interest to see if there are any quieter, wider-spaced foot massager available.

This is really good, you can really feel it in your feet. Especially since I play squash, it's exactly what I need for the soles of my feet. The tightening and loosening done by the machine is just a bonus on top, didn't think it would do that as good as it is with the air compression. The only drawback I have is its not super spacious so you can't move your foot around too easy. Otherwise, it's a 9/10 for me

Should have bought this sooner. I have used this every day for about a week and my feet are so much better. I have flat feet with a tendency for planters fasciitis so my feet are often sore and tired. Huge improvement since I started using this massager. Highly recommended. By the way, the remote is nice but not necessary.

I agree with the other reviewers. This is a great product. My hubby loves it. Really relaxing. He found it a bit loud at first but he is becoming accustomed to the sound. Love the fact that features are adjustable, it has an automatic shut off and that the foot inserts are removable and washable. By the way - my husband wears a size 11 shoe and has no problem getting his foot inside. Overall pleased with purchase.

Not a bad product. My only issue is that the kneeling part I would like to be stronger. and the compression part to last longer. It goes at intervals, and the holding and kneeling part stays for about 1second in a half. I would like to last longer. I do run outside. And this device does a moderate job in healing my sore ankle to foot.

This was a Christmas gift and while it wasn’t for me, I’ve used it a few times already, let me tell you! I specifically bought the one that comes with a remote, but it actually hasn’t been used yet. The controls are right there so it’s not a hassle at all to change your settings. A family member who also has one, has said that the highest setting is actually too intense, but this is the setting I prefer! I think it’d be especially great for people whose jobs require them to be on their feet all day. Either way, after a long day, it’s the perfect way to decompress while watching your favourite show.

I bought this for a Chirstmas gift for my elderly mother who has MS combined with arthritis in her feet. I wasnt sold on any of these products. Wanting to stay away from the electrode therapy, this appeared to be a good option. I want to mention that this was gifted to a fussy minded person. She actually loves this machine and is used 4 times a day. The massage and heating function are perfect for her. I thought it would be too aggressive for her conditions, but only to find out otherwise. Give this a shot. Another family member bought it because of its success, and they love it too!

The unit is sturdy, has clear markings, easy operation and looks fantastic. The massaging and heat are very good, with 3 settings for each. Super if your feet are less than a men's size 11, otherwise, the fit is a little snug. Likewise, it has to sit at almost 90 degrees to your feet to get the proper position. Otherwise, it places a lot of pressure on your achilles heel and a little higher.

After reading a great deal of reviews for this product I decided to order. My job right now requires me to be on my feet for 8 hour shifts which involves loads of walking on cement and my feet hurt by the end of a week. The reviews are correct that the machine doesn't massage your heels and sometimes you have to adjust your foot to get the maximum effect. When you do find your combination of settings and where to place your feet this thing is amazing. I don't have high arches and so it hits all the right spots that hurt. I don't find the noise level to be loud just constant. Overall I am really happy with this purchase, I use it daily and it has helped immensely with the pain in my feet.

Great fot massage. I got it for my mother and she loved it. The rest of the family tired it and we're also very impressed with my mother's day gift. Great gift for your loved one if you're looking to get them something and make it useful and usable on a regular basis. Definitely would recommend to others after giving it a try myself as well. Only thing I would say is that the heating is not the best from what I was told and after trying it - I agree. Lastly, the air compressions could be improved upon but still works good for different settings and foot sizes. Otherwise, definitely a great purchase.

Overall, very impressed with this massager. Build quality is good; not too heavy, but it doesn't feel cheap either. Rollers, air cushion, etc.. all seem to be good quality. I have size 12 feet and they fit comfortably in the unit. The massager has good kneading pressure on the heels, and feels especially great on the balls of the feet, but is a bit light when kneading the arches. Could just have been the way I was sitting though. Didn't try the heat feature so can't comment on that. Overall, seems like a good purchase so far.

This is AMAZING. Ive owned this for 1 day and used it for 2 hours already. That's how amazing this thing is. I have high arches and I was concerned it wouldn't reach up in my arch but it does. I'm a runner and I experience foot pain and this machine will be apart of my daily routine.

My wife has feet issues. Thought this might help a bit but we are both surprised at just how effective it is, considering its just a machine not an actual physio/masseuse. You can tell the difference between Shiatsu, Rolling, and Relax, does a great job on massaging. Heat function takes quite a while to get up to full power (~6-7 minutes out of a 15m setting). So first thing first. the original unit i received, was unfortunately defective, the motor was not working, i reached out to PharmaFoot and they helped me fix the issue within a day, top notch response time and result on that side. As far as the actual unit goes, it feels great, especially after taking a walk. I would have liked for it to be a bit larger, as its not comfortable to use both holes at the same time for me. but doing 1 feet at a time works just fine and let me laze around relaxing while it does its thing. the pressure is pretty well positioned. and theres some leeway to move your foot to get just the right spot, size wise, if your between 11 and 13 us shoes size it should be fine.

Light weight. Easy to use. I like deep pressure. I find it adequate at high knead pressure a d compression. Would have been better if stronger. It does not do enough for my arches and they are not high. I am a women’a 8.5

We bought this unit on Amazon.fr for my mother for her birthday. We tried it and we loved it so we decided to buy it in Canada for us :) tested by 6 family members and everyone is in love. You cant go wrong with this one. We bought a couples of weeks ago a more expensive foot massager big brand on amazon and we return it because the renpho was definitly better from our experience with my mom unit. We use it every night. Somehow the 30minutes mode give stronger massage so we always setup 30min even if we want to do 15min only. So we love it !!! And we also bought another leg pressure machine

After a long day at work being on my feet all day as well as walking to and from work, it is absolutely delightful to come home and put my feet in this massager. I have planter fasciitis and this massager helps my feet feel wonderful after a long day at work. The only downside is that the heat seems to take too long to get to a place where I can even feel it. If the heat was faster I would have given this a 5 rating.

I bought this for myself. I have a bunion that hurts all the time so i was looking for something to give me relief. This is a nice massager. I like the size, it's light and easy to store, it has heat which i use often, and it's got adjustable intensity for air squeeze thing and the rollers inside. I only wish it had alternate massage intensity options, but I guess the speed part sort of does that. I really like the air squeeze thing, though i wish i could control it more. Id like to be able to keep a full squeeze while the rollers go, but it squeezes and releases. The roller inside is definitely hard plastic. Wish it were rubber or silicone...something with more give. The hard plastic can hit a sore spot and have me flying out of the chair. Im getting better at sensing those moments and adjusting my foot inside, but it takes practice. I use this EVERY day, no regrets.

The machine is easy to use. Works fine and does what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately for me, it doesn’t feet good on my feet because the bottom of my feet are sensitive and the friction of the balls spinning is too mechanical for me. But my son and my partner both enjoy it greatly :) It does get fairly warm after a couple of consecutive uses though, and it’s an electric heat, not a soothing heat, so I’d watch out for that if you want to use it more than the 30min setting.

The massage itself is great...feet feel great. My only complaint is the noise factor. It's very loud. It seems to be related the air compression feature and it's unfortunate you can't turn that feature off like you can do with the heat option. The noise takes away from the relaxation aspect.

We have purchased this foot massager maybe a month ago and we are enjoying it very much. Unfortunately for some reason the power button on the massager itself is causing problems. The button works sometimes and doesn’t work another time. We have been using the remote to turn it off but it is getting a bit annoying.

The first time I put my feet into this, I figured my pain is pretty bad so I need critical intervention. Go big or go home! Turned on the machine and default settings of low appeared on both the kneading and pressure. As I expected, this wasn't impressing me so I went straight to high settings for both. Instantly, the machine must have been pissed or something that I was changing stuff up in the middle of a session so it grabbed hold of both my feet. It felt like my feet were being crushed from all sides with bullets hitting the bottom of my feet. I quickly remembered Stephen King's prophecy of Maximum Overdrive, the day machines would turn on us and wipe us out. I yelled to my wife in the other room "Honeyyyyy" to which she replied "what?" as she came in. I think this machine is trying to kill me! I responded. She said I was being overly dramatic as usual but nonetheless, I suspected that if this machine was smart enough to revolt against it's master that it also knew how to trigger an untraceable heart attack by applying just the right pressure to just the right pressure points under ones feet. Overly dramatic my butt. So just before the machine was about to apply the pressure points, I suspect and assume, I managed to reach the settings and shut it down. I unplugged it and am keeping it away from direct sunlight in case it's casing has evolved to harness sunlight. I've also put it in a large dog crate until I can find the specs and confirm it doesn't have hidden wheel compartments and a Roomba navigation system. I mean sure, it should be fairly easy to outrun it as I presume it would only do straight lines then change directions as it bumped into an obstacle but who knows how evolved it is, can't risk it. UPDATE: My wife tried it against my wishes. And although she did confirm the pain pressure was intense, further investigation have yielded that this is normal and actually quite beneficial as although I can't say this machine is 100% the reason for it, but having used it for a week now, I can say that yesterday was the first day in a long time I didn't feel any pain that required me to stop and massage or do whatever to get me going again. So my only complaint I is that there is a considerable gap between the medium setting for inflation (pressure around foot) and the high setting. Meaning that medium isn't quite enough for me and the high setting well, but let me tell you.....I honestly love this machine. Soldiering through high pressure and low (sometimes medium) kneading has brought me so much relief and allowed me to be much more active again. Hope it lasts as long as this review.

I had to return other brand of foot massager because they were too small for my feet, where my heel was sticking outside. Not this one though, i made sure I checked the description and it said fit up to US men size 12, and its pretty accurate. Im size 11 and theres still room to spare. The air intensity at its strongest was just enough for my preference, however i wish it had the option to constantly hold the air pressure instead of cycling between no pressure and max pressure. The massage beads cover about 90 of my feet, except the toes where there is no massager beads.

I’m on my third bout of plantar fasciitis, and need some help with reducing it. The unit has all the necessary functions, but doesn’t fit large feet. Feet are incredibly complex units, so be very careful starting out. I felt the massage was too weak, and went to a high setting quickly. That caused significant foot pain for a week!

This was my first time getting a foot massager and was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I had been experiencing varying degrees of discomfort in our feet and this came as a blessing. The device itself is quite attractive and has a modern design and runs of a power adapter. So, it is low on power consumption and does not pose risks of electric shocks. It is light weight and I can carry it easily to my Home-office and use it while I work. I find the kneading motions are quite strong even at the lowest and having used it for 5 days I can already feel the benefit. I would suggest starting at the lowest settings for the first few days and once the feet are used to the machine and have overcome any sensitivity that comes using a foot massager try out the higher setting to determine where the optimum benefit is reached. I find the air compression to be most effective at medium or high and the heat is also very comfortable. Even after the machine is running for 30 minutes the temperature is very bearable and has a soothing effect. I guess some people would prefer a higher temperature but, that would require a heavier element and higher power consumption. The kneading can be best felt by leaning back in a relaxed posture. The remote is most helpful and keeps you from having to bend and alter your relaxed posture each time you want to change a setting.

My wife (women US size 7) and I (men US size 11.5) have been using this foot massager for about a week (everyday) and we are in love with this massager. Our recommendation to get the best experience with this foot massager is to get a feel for the knead movement pattern/intensity and adjust your feet to target the area of preference. What I like: - My daily job requires me to travel to various locations in the city and therefore, my feet feel sore when I come home; I sometimes go to get a foot massage (3 sessions is essentially the cost of this massager) but this provides a great relief at the comfort of my own home at my leisure. - The air intensity goes from very soft to very intense at the highest setting which satisfies the varying needs of both my wife and myself. - The massager looks high quality and heavy duty, but it is actually pretty light. I take this with me to different rooms in the house if I know I will be sitting for a while. - There is a foot cover that is removable so I don't have to worry about others using the massager as it is easy to clean. - The remote is more convenient than I thought it would be; especially when you are sitting at a desk and it is difficult to reach the controls on the device. What I think needs improvement: - The heat takes some time to warm up (10-15 minutes); therefore it could be faster. But I usually use this massager for over 30 minutes since I am always infront of the computer so its really not a deal breaker for me. - Some people complained that it is really loud but I don't find it unreasonable. The sound comes from the air compression/pressure feature. Our verdict: Highly recommended! We will probably pair this with a leg/calf compressor to get the ultimate experience.
